Installing a new AC without checking line set length, refrigerant match, and cooling load is how Odessa homeowners end up with a unit that never performs to spec. Every quote includes a real cooling load assessment before equipment is selected.
Sizing and line-run mistakes are common causes of underperformance. Equipment gets sized to the actual cooling load, and line sets follow manufacturer spec, not the shortest path.
The details other installers skip.
We size the unit off real measurements taken at your property, not a chart based on square footage.
We lay out a few tiers and the tradeoffs between them.
The installation work carries its own written guarantee, separate from whatever the equipment maker covers.
Cutting that corner is invisible until the efficiency numbers come back wrong.
Placement considers where you'll actually hear it.
What a full installation project covers.
We assess insulation, window exposure, and orientation to calculate correct tonnage.
SEER2 ratings get explained in plain terms, not marketing language.
Line sets are sized and insulated to manufacturer spec, avoiding efficiency losses.
Units get placed away from heat traps, debris, and noise-sensitive windows, not just wherever's convenient.
Charge, airflow, and temperature split all get verified after install.
Old systems get removed and disposed of properly, refrigerant recovered per EPA regulation.
What to expect.
Sizing can't be done accurately by phone.
Assessment tools arrive on-site.
Options based on real data.
We install, verify performance, and back the work in writing.
Recent reviews from new system installs.
Our bedroom shares a wall with the neighbor's patio and the old condenser was a constant source of tension. New placement and a quieter unit fixed the relationship, not just the cooling.
— H. Oyelekan, homeowner
Tiny house build with almost no room to spare. They found a mini-split configuration that actually fit our unusual layout.
— C. Vandermolen, tiny house owner
Rescued a litter of kittens that needed a stable temperature nursery room, and they helped us size a small supplemental unit just for that space.
— P. Ekundayo, animal foster volunteer
Home wine cellar addition needed very specific temperature control separate from the rest of the house. They understood the requirements without us having to over-explain.
— M. Dellacroce, homeowner
Converted our garage into a home gym and needed cooling that could handle both the workout heat and the summer sun through the door. They sized it for the actual use case, not just square footage.
— D. Achterberg, home gym owner
What people ask before installing.
Nobody can size a system correctly without walking the actual rooms and checking windows and insulation.
Depends on climate and how long you'll own the home.
Longer for complex line runs.
The old unit goes through proper EPA-compliant refrigerant recovery before hauling it away.
We install both traditional ducted systems and ductless mini-splits, and the property itself usually decides which makes sense.
Protects you if the install itself has an issue.
We look at this fresh each time.
Bundling it in saves a separate visit later.
We pull what's required and coordinate inspection.
We focus on transparent pricing for the actual scope of work rather than a price-matching game.
