Installing a new AC without checking line set length, refrigerant match, and cooling load is how Becker homeowners end up with a unit that never performs to spec. Every quote includes a real cooling load assessment before equipment is selected.
Sizing and line-run mistakes are common causes of underperformance. Equipment gets sized to the actual cooling load, and line sets follow manufacturer spec, not the shortest path.
What we don't cut corners on.
The tonnage number comes from math done on-site, not a guess.
We lay out a few tiers and the tradeoffs between them.
The installation work carries its own written guarantee, separate from whatever the equipment maker covers.
The refrigerant lines get sized to what the manufacturer spec sheet actually calls for, not whatever's most convenient to run.
Outdoor unit placement accounts for bedroom windows and shared property lines, not just the shortest line run.

Our bedroom shares a wall with the neighbor's patio and the old condenser was a constant source of tension. New placement and a quieter unit fixed the relationship, not just the cooling.

— P. Ekundayo, animal foster volunteer
Home wine cellar addition needed very specific temperature control separate from the rest of the house. They understood the requirements without us having to over-explain.
— M. Dellacroce, homeowner
Converted our garage into a home gym and needed cooling that could handle both the workout heat and the summer sun through the door. They sized it for the actual use case, not just square footage.
