An oversized or undersized system installed without a real load calculation will short-cycle or never keep up, no matter how good the equipment is. Every quote starts with a real Manual J assessment, not a tonnage guess.
A large share of comfort complaints in existing Olney homes trace back to sizing at installation, not a failing part. We run a room-by-room load calculation, inspect ductwork, and check electrical capacity before quoting equipment, every time.
The details that separate a proper install from a quick swap.
We walk the property room by room measuring insulation and window exposure before a single equipment number gets written down.
The paperwork gets filed and the work meets current Olney, IL building code, not a shortcut version.
Two separate warranties, both in writing, both real.
Old ductwork gets evaluated, not just inherited by the new system.
A real walkthrough, not a stack of paperwork.

— O.Achterberg, homeowner
Historic home with plaster walls that make duct modifications tricky. They found routes through existing chases instead of cutting into walls we wanted to preserve.
— I. Constantinou, homeowner
Home office recording setup needed a quiet system, and they specifically sized and placed equipment to keep noise down in that room.
— U. Nnamdi, remote worker
Multi-generational household with very different temperature preferences upstairs versus down. Proper zoning during install solved an argument that had been going on for years.
— E. Malinowski, homeowner
Basement apartment conversion needed its own independent system separate from the main house, and they designed the whole thing around that specific requirement instead of trying to tie into the existing ductwork.
