Great equipment still underperforms if sized wrong for the Creve Coeur property. Every quote starts with a real Manual J assessment, not a tonnage guess.
Many comfort issues go back to sizing decisions made years earlier. Assessment comes before equipment selection, every time.
Standards we hold on every job.
We walk the property room by room measuring insulation and window exposure before a single equipment number gets written down.
The paperwork gets filed and the work meets current Creve Coeur, MO building code, not a shortcut version.
Our labor carries its own written guarantee independent of what the manufacturer promises on parts.
We check what's already running through the walls before assuming it'll work fine with new equipment.
A real walkthrough, not a stack of paperwork.
From assessment to final inspection.
A full Manual J assessment covers all four.
Recommendations are based on your actual load numbers, not the highest-margin unit.
Existing ducts get pressure-tested and inspected, sealed or resized as needed.
We confirm the home can support the new system.
The install covers everything through startup testing.
We handle permits and coordinate the final inspection, useful if you sell the property.
What to expect.

Assessment equipment arrives on-site.
The quote reflects real load numbers, with a few efficiency tiers to choose from.

Recent reviews from full system installs.

— I. Constantinou, homeowner

— U. Nnamdi, remote worker
Multi-generational household with very different temperature preferences upstairs versus down. Proper zoning during install solved an argument that had been going on for years.
— E. Malinowski, homeowner
Basement apartment conversion needed its own independent system separate from the main house, and they designed the whole thing around that specific requirement instead of trying to tie into the existing ductwork.

What people usually ask before installing.
Whoever installed the original system may well have guessed wrong on size, and copying that number just carries the error into the new equipment.
Longer if duct rework is needed.
Permits are just part of how we run a job, not an extra step you handle.
Labor is warrantied separately from manufacturer coverage.
We won't just bolt new equipment onto ducts that can't support it.
Options covered at the quote stage.
