Installing a new AC without checking line set length, refrigerant match, and cooling load is how Lexington homeowners end up with a unit that never performs to spec. We assess before we recommend.
New AC installs miss their rated SEER2 efficiency more often than people realize, usually from oversizing or a mismatched line set. Equipment gets sized to the actual cooling load, and line sets follow manufacturer spec, not the shortest path.
The details other installers skip.
We size the unit off real measurements taken at your property, not a chart based on square footage.
Equipment spans several efficiency tiers so the upfront cost versus the monthly savings is your call to make.
The installation work carries its own written guarantee, separate from whatever the equipment maker covers.
The refrigerant lines get sized to what the manufacturer spec sheet actually calls for, not whatever's most convenient to run.
Placement considers where you'll actually hear it.
From load calculation to startup commissioning.
A full assessment determines actual cooling demand.
SEER2 ratings get explained in plain terms, not marketing language.
We follow the spec, avoiding efficiency losses.
Placement is planned, not just wherever's convenient.
We test before calling it done.
Old systems get removed and disposed of properly, refrigerant recovered per EPA regulation.

— M. Dellacroce, homeowner
Converted our garage into a home gym and needed cooling that could handle both the workout heat and the summer sun through the door. They sized it for the actual use case, not just square footage.
